Cute, but could be streamlined

I made the ruffled dress version and found some of the steps on the skirt and the ruffle fussy and unnecessary. The skirt front and back are both rectangular, as are the ruffles. Why not cut each element in one piece rather than several? And while I understand the point of attaching the corner of the ruffles as a separate step in order to make the open seams lay nicely, it's a lot of extra effort for a marginal payoff. The dress turned out cute and I am pleased with it, but if I make it again I'll definitely streamline the cutting layout to eliminate the extra seams.

The patterns are easy to follow. I've been doing these little clothes for 8 years now and jut love to get my quiet time with them.

Awesome Dress Pattern

The pattern was great the view 1 had a few places where it said B back when B was the side and C was the back, but the photos showed the correct piece, I love the dress and will make more with this pattern, cannot wait to try the other views they all look great. I added a big bow, just love this pattern
