Trifold iPad Case

The case arrived promptly and looked just as portrayed on website. Unfortunately the the case doesn't stayed closed and the third party of the trifold sits up instead of flat (magnetic flap doesn't stay closed)

This case is not worth it. I’m giving 2 stars and not 1 because the case looks ok. The customer service is not great. In my opinion, the website gives incomplete information. I guess the case is ok, but it has a really bad smell. The quality of the case is not good enough to be worth putting up with the smell. If I knew it was going to have a such strong odor, I would not have ordered it. I can’t use or be near it without being overwhelmed by the smell or getting a headache. The case has been sitting out for over a month, but the smell still hasn’t dissipated. I wanted to return it. Customer service initially told me to just put it out in the sun for a bit. Their return policy is not helpful because there’s a 15% restocking fee and apparently not free returns. So I’d have to pay for shipping back to Australia from the US and also the restocking fee. By that time, it’s not worth it because it would cost almost as much as the refund. It was just a waste of money. Very disappointing.
