The candle was absolute JUNK, barley had any sent and it burned through in a couple of days. I will NEVER purchase this product again.

Birthday Candle

My overall experience with your company is not what you would like to receive. The candle has not been delivered and I have not received any messages from anyone regarding the message that I sent you(2) to be exact. I inquired why the candle wasn’t delivered and finally found out that it was delivered to the wrong address. I inadvertently put the incorrect address on the label. Upon finding this information I immediately notified your company and also included the correct address and asked would you please resend it. I have not heard back from you yet and the candle still hasn’t been delivered. I was going to have this a my gifts for my family and friends for their birthdays this year but I am definitely having to rethink it now. I am paying for something that hasn’t been delivered and I haven’t received anything from the company yet.
