Love this so much, rarely have less than 2 in my spice cabinet. Have tried so many shawarma spice blends - but this one is by far my favorite. Lamb, chicken, flank steak even fish or shrimp - rubbed or marinated with the shawarma spice, O & B's Meyer lemon olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and some fresh herbs and you've got a winning combination for a healthy delicious dinner. I make a chopped cucumber tomato salad with fresh dill lacing the salad with O & B's lemon cucumber white balsamic - add in pita or and/or tahini sauce and whoever you're feeding will be screaming for the recipe ! Did I mention it's healthy, too ?! YUM. Whatever you purchase at Olive & Basket will make your food taste better and brighter as well as elevate your cooking to the next level.
