Absolutely Awesome

I did not want to get a CPAP, so told my Doc about the Bongo RX....and he laughed. Well, the joke is on him because this solved my snoring without having to look like I'm starring in an Alien movie. Get the mixed size kit first, to figure out what size is right for you. The fit should be very snug, so they don't leak or come out while sleeping. You can also use the headband to secure them while you sleep: it's just a small, adjustable elastic strip that is easy to put on and barely noticeable, you won't even notice it once you fall asleep. Store them in a drawer if you have dogs. The dogs love the scent from your nose and will chew them to shreds.

It Seems to Work OK

I've been using the Bongo RX for nearly three months and it seems to be doing the job. Most nights I tolerate it for about six or seven hours then take it off for my last hour of sleep. It's certainly more comfortable than a CPAP or mouth device and not as invasive as Inspire. It does confuse my cat, but she has become accustomed to it, also.
