Breath Easy
I haven't used one of these for probably over 30 years; that was the plastic Vick's inhaler. This is definitely different. The metal case is a great plus and it is easily refillable. It will definitely open the sinuses. The tea tree oil is the strongest scent recognizable, but you can also distinguish some of the other scents. It is strong and does not need to be used often. It's nice to have a usable inhaler again that is easy to maintain.

Makes vicks vapo inhaler seem like ginger beer
Quite the little helper. Immediately helped while getting over a cold. Some other menthol inhalers have non natural ingredients that are not as clean. Very happy to have found this product.
