I'm so happy with my essences. I am mainly using Sweet Dreams and the quality of my sleep improved noticeably. The other 2 I got will be put into full swing soon and I am sure I'll love them too. I'll sure return for more!

This was my first order of flower essences after a recommendation from my sister to try them. Purchased with the hope of bringing some noticeable shift and a sense of inner balance during an intense and overwhelming period at work. I can't put my finger on it, but there is a true feeling of support and self-care in using these essences. I think consistency will be key, but this is an excellent trio combination. Thank you!
