The old style had a pouch on the scab that was great for a vest or raincoat now lot less room to pack stuff unless you buy more attachments still a great product just not crazy about the change

Scabbard
Nate had already rigged the scabbard on the guide pack and I was ready to go out of the box. Scabbard worked perfectly and pack functioned as it should. Thanks for the great service.

Gun Scabbard
This scabbard is awesome!
At first I thought “how is this going to work”...but once attached properly to the main pack and the gun stowed the scabbard can’t even be felt. Easy access and fast deployment of the weapon for me also. Hiked in British Columbia bow hunting moose for 10 days...gun was there if needed for black bear. Great pack system (apex) and scabbard!
