Great customer service

I haven't tried the oatmeal yet, it's being stored for long term use. I had an issue with my order... the original tracking number didn't update for over a week. I reached out to Valley Food & heard back very quickly. They arranged to have another order sent, which I received in just a few days. I've been happy with all of my purchases to date. I only wish the packaging date codes were a little easier to read on the bags. I've had some bags either missing the date or it was covered up by the label. No big issue, but I like to mark all the dates for my storage spreadsheet for easy food rotation.
