I like the design and feel of the product BUT: why does the inner fabric of the hoodie clump up in small fuzz balls? paid $72 (before taxes) for a supposed high quality hoodie that even after washing, continues to snag onto my head in BUNCHES. absolutely ridiculous. I seriously hope this does not happen to other customers nor the rest of the hoodie sweater line.

Good fit and feel

As advertised. Cannot ask for a better product nor service. I contact True with a few questions related to the size and fit, the staff replied promptly and politely. I will visit their online store again, for sure!

Wasn’t actually available

About a week after I bought it, got an email saying there were no more and there would be no restock. Got a refund, would’ve preferred the hoodie.
