I am enjoying the Total Body Toner program I purchased only three weeks ago. I purchased the product because I am a long-time fan of Kathy from purchasing her exercise videos. This program has been a blessing so far and it's really doable with a busy schedule. The workouts are short but effective and focus on various body parts including core and balance, which is important as you age. Some of the exercises are challenging, but I noticed there is always a modified version you can use instead, which is very helpful until you build your strength. Also, I was concerned about the meal plans (I'm a chef, so I'm kind of picky with my food) but was pleasantly surprised that there is lots of variety you can easily adapt the meals for what you may have on hand. Since I don't like getting on the scale, I decided to take my measurements before starting to track my progress. To my surprise, I have lost 1/2 inch from my arms, 1/2 inch from my waist, and 1 inch from my hips! What is also exceptional about this complete program is that it is targeted at women over the age of 40 and Kathy provides great info on how you can still achieve results if you remain consistent. Looking forward to the rest of this program and making this a lifestyle change I can live with. As Kathy says "Progress, not Perfection." I am definitely "progressing." Thanks, Kathy!

I haven’t exercised in a long while. I came across the fit over 40 program and was excited to start the challenge. After being active for the two weeks of the challenge I wanted to continue on with excercising and I found the Body Toner fitness plan. I love having the workouts planned every day along with the daily menus. With coming back to excercising I wasn’t sure where to begin, what excercises would help me. I now have a program that helps me where I am and will also help me increase my ability. I started feeling better physically and started taking better care of myself. Last week I haven’t exercised as I should and I feel the difference. I’m learning to push through to help me and exercising is what I’m going to really focus on pushing through. It helps me physically, mentally and emotionally and I’m excited about this program.
