Not great
The “magic stuff” that makes this deck work stopped working after one day of use. Would not recommend. I recommend Blizzard by Dean Dill for a similar effect. I’m honestly very disappointed in this. It was not explained at all how the deck was arranged when you got it and buyers were expected to know which cards had “magic stuff” and which cards did not.

Not bad!
A pretty solid trick with an easy method. No sleights involved whatsoever, so any beginner can do it.
GImmick deck arrived in less than ideal condition, so -1 star.

Clever
I needed to do some work on the deck that I shouldn't have needed to (I think it had been on the shelf a bit?). But it's a good effect so it all worked out in the end!
