I ordered a new 36x48 Clear-Glossy SnapeZo® PVC Cover to replace the original one I got witht he frame since it had turned yellowish after a few years. the first I received was slightly damaged. the Snapezo customer srvice contacted me to make sure everything was fine. they offered to replace the item. they sent me 2 more replacement. Each one severely damaged. whatever the reason (shipment or preparation for shipment), I would not pay again more than 70$ for this type of product... but they do have great customer service!!!
