This is exactly what I was expecting!

It has an adjustable incline but I use it laying flat. I have only used the low setting so far as I have not been wearing shoes while using it and it is certainly warm enough. I have laminate flooring and needed to put some pads on the bottom to keep it from sliding around. I would recommend this to anyone working at a desk for most of the day.
