I’ve been disappointed with the valerian root, I’ve ordered from a different company and when they ran out I bought this one and the comparison is very disappointing. Very weak.

I make my own sleepy time tea and this is one of the ingredients ….smelly on its own but thankfully disappears in the mix. Great quality and sunrise service is exemplary
