water bottle/s not shipped to me

To start: initial bottle was not shipped nor have I received the extra bottle I paid for. Vest purchased in August and arrived for the last weekend of dove season. I highly anticipated using the vest this fall and did enjoy it the one time I used it but it came late without the included bottle and the additional purchased bottle. At least I have the vest in hand.
