Other orders I’ve had from Well Store have been fine but this one …. I’m pretty sure I ordered 3 refill packs of silk dental floss for the glass dispenser I bought a while ago. Instead I got three individual glass floss dispensers which come with a refill in the box. Given that buying this product was an attempt to avoid waste, that was counter productive. Furthermore, only two were silk. One was vegan, which I’ve had before and didn’t like and which I didn’t order.

Broke too easily

Was excited about getting refillable dental floss but it broke too easily and I end up using my oral b to finish up the job.

Excellent product. I love the gorgeous little glass container.
