Healthy Product from a Great Company

Chia seeds are part of my daily breakfast as a lesser known superfood. Most companies that sell chia lack transparency on where their chia is grown. Be Still is very clear on sourcing which speaks to their customer focus. The product itself is good, but at the end of the day chia has little taste, but when mixed with things like kefir, raisins and raw honey it makes a tasty and healthy pudding. Be Still is my new go to for chia.
