Sticky wedges replacement needed

Hugo promised in email dated 3/21/2022 to send sticky wedges replacements for those missing in order number 3954. I have not received the replacement sticky rubber wedges. Thank you.

The foam sticker never stay on!

I have to apply the foam wedge on the bottom of my skates to keep the trainer secure in place. However, those stickers won't stay on for even a minute, they just keep peeling off and my skateez trainer was very wabbly and shifts around - I can't keep it balanced on flat ice! These things are not stable unless you can "super clue them" onto your skates :-(

Missing package

Package says delivered but it is not at our house.
