My experience has been excellent! These gave my 4 year old daughter the confidence she needed to get on the ice without a pusher. We had a problem with one of the straps so we reached out to the the company and they took care of the problem very quickly. Great product and customer service.

This product is amazing at giving kids or anyone confidence in ice skating like all new things if you feel comfortable and gain confidence early in learning you will be successful these do just that

Unable to use with small figure skates

I thought I would be able to use on figure skates but because of the curvature of the skate I was unable. Otherwise costumer service was great and seems like a great product for hockey skates.
