It was good, but slightly more "spicy" than I like. next time I think I will put either honey with it, or also add the rose hips in with the ginger to mellow it a bit.

I am SO GLAD I purchased this! When I was in Germany last year I had a WONDERFUL cup of tea in a tea shop! It was ginger and fresh mint. I grow mint in the summer and then freeze it…..NOW, because of this fine cut ginger I’m able to duplicate that wonderful cup of tea! It’s incredibly calming. I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing the fine cut ginger….so versatile!
