Luscious Marsh Mohair

I just received a skein of the Rosewood Marsh Mohair to knit up with a sock yarn in a cowl. It is absolutely luscious in every way....the feel of it under your hands as you knit, the gorgeous shimmer of the yarn, the absolute beauty and richness of the colour. A pleasure in every way. I have the 80/20 sock yarn in Clover to knit up in a little cardigan and can't wait to start that project next.

The richness of Rosewood

Here’s how much I love Lichen and Lace Worsted in the Rosewood colorway: I originally bought it to make a hat, but I ran out of yarn (the hat has a double brim, and used more than usual). So I ordered another skein, but I also ordered two extra so that I can make myself a pair of arm warmers. Lichen and Lace Worsted is my go-to brand and weight for hat making, which I do a lot of. The Roswood colorway is particularly rich, with great red highlights.

The 80/20 sock wool is lovely to work with, and the Rosewood colour is gorgeous and rich. I can't wait to see some of the other beautiful colours in real life. Definitely will be a repeat customer.
