I have ckd and have to watch my sodium. Searching and finding just plain real seasonings without salt or red pepper is a endless task. This is a game changer! Real crystallized lemon, and maltodextrin. No sodium but it tricks your taste buds and has loads of flavor! Can also mix with your water or make lemonade. Use in recipes or just spinkle on food!

Endless ways to use - all good!

I started using these years ago when I realized my in-laws could not be relied upon to keep lemon around for tea. Then I found other uses . . . lemon cake, lemon glaze, smoothies, jams, lemon cookies. The list goes on. Anything that benefits from lemon zest or lemon juice or lemon tartness can benefit from True Lemon as either a substitute or a boost. I wouldn't be without it!

I have been buying True Lemon packets for a while. I hated tearing open packets, plus I am not sure I always got all of the lemon powder out. Now I don't have that problem. Now if you can develop a container with a scoop to kick this idea up another notch would be fantastic!
