Quality seems to be slipping

I've been ordering from here for a few years now, and my last order of sleep socks and undies was disappointing. After just one wear and wash, the socks are shredded with so many holes that they aren't even worth mending, what a waste! And the undies also have holes in them. These used to last a whole year but now just one wearing. I'm not what has changed, but it's no longer with the investment. Which bums me out as they are my favorite undies.

Wish they had more options

I wish they had more than two panty options. I am on the quest to try different brands of natural fiber panties and these felt so well built however, the butt elastic is smaller than I’d like. I am thinking of ordering a size up but wondering if that will make the waist too big.

Bad customer service

The company rep refused to hear my complaint that the bra and panty set was abnormally small and honor my request for an exchange for a much larger set. This was over $100 and I expected more. I won’t buy again.
