I made an order for a power supply that apparently had been discontinued. They emailed and asked if they could swap it for a different model- which was fine. They sent me a 12V PS when I had originally ordered a 24v and now they won't respond to me. Fortunately the product is not terribly expensive but it sucks to be ghosted.

Great service. After I was informed that the product was back ordered they offered to send a slightly better product and it works like a charm.
