Great Ice Cream. EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service!

I ordered a bunch of new to me flavors since Walmart stopped carrying Rebel. I’ve not tried them all yet, so making my multi-flavor review a little generic. Rebel shipped 10 pints. I’m in really rural OK where almost every delivery is delayed a day, and in the June 90 degree heat. Every pint was almost totally melted. I emailed their Support team. They responded quickly apologizing and re-shipped everything again at no cost. Second shipment was perfect! If your hesitant to order ice cream for shipping, DON’T BE!

Love all the flavors and the assortment of delicious sugar free ...just wish more stores would carry the Rebel product. I've had 2 orders shipped...and frankly it's easier and cheaper than buying in the store( if you can find a store that carry Rebel). Overall...good product.

Delicious! However…

I love the Coffee Chip ( and other flavors), however the last shipment I received was melted by the time I got home from work. It wasn’t any later than normal but I finally realized the the bags holding the dry ice had holes in them. First time this has happened with any of my shipments. Again the ice cream is delicious tho!!
