It’s carefully wrapped, shipped and arrived in plenty of time (though you will have to pay some duties if you’re shipping to Canada) Most of the products seem like good quality. Though I kind of wish some items were a bit more “luxury”. Neutrogina is pretty basic drugstore stuff. I kind of wish there were a couple other more medical items available to be addef for example - tea or losenges for your throat post surgery. Also options to add supplements like magnesium (for swelling and sleep) zinc (for wound healing and immune system) etc. i haven’t been able to find a package that has EVERYTHING. Overall love it this box and the pampering approach to wound healing

I’ve now purchased from relax and recover twice and wish u had more excuses to buy again! Couldn’t be more thankful or happier with the diamond recovery pack, has everything I could need and more. xx
