Carpenter's Brew

By far my favorite blend out of the entire collection. It's not overly bitter dispite being more earthy and strong up front. I make large thermos servings of tea when I'm working on projects or running errands. This blend was perfect for sipping all throughout my day. Steep times do matter with this blend. I steep just a bit longer than the package suggests but go for too long and it really has a bitter bite to it. Love this one for work.
