A pendant

I absolutely cannot fault this company. I ordered an initial pendant late on Tuesday night with a view for it to arrive on Thursday. I stupidly forgot to check out with next day delivery! I then emailed EOE and explained my problem and as it was still before 1pm they very very kindly sent as next day free of charge - absolutely brilliant customer service. I adore my charm and will wear it every day as it’s the first letter of my sons name :) Thank you!!!!! I will be coming back
