The roof rack I purchased was supposed to accommodate the awning that I was already installed on my 2020 Sprinter. I had to modify the awning brackets to make it work, which added a full day to the installation. What's more, the rack kit I ordered was short two cross bars. I'm sure that this was some how my fault. I probably missed a check box on the order form, but why flatline would sell a kit short two cross bars is beyond me. Once again, I made it work, and it is working good enough.

The assembly instructions were easy to understand and the installation went smoothly and quickly. It is a premium quality product that was packaged very well for safe shipping. I will probably be buying more products from FVC.

Exceptional Piece of Gear

We've got a fairly complicated rooftop. This flexible rack enabled us to work around the vents and satellite antenna. Easy to set up out of the box, and the result looks aerodynamically and esthetically clean. I don't write many recommendations, but this rack has impressed me.
