Roadtrek with Thule awning verified fit

I went with this model because I didn't want to remove my Thule awning that was installed by Roadtrek. I used Rhino Rack rivet on tracks to avoid headliner issues with through bolt Sprinter rails. In hindsight I probably would have riveted on factory Sprinter rails. The rhino slots are smaller so I had to grind each t-nut to make them fit. I feel pretty good about the rivet concept. Stainless rivets with pneumatic gun felt good. I ordered longer rivets than what came with the Rhino because the stem snapped prematurely because the material was thicker than expected which also increased my confidence in their holding ability. If you remove the end caps of the awning and loosen the bolts you can slide it back and forth to avoid removing the awning. I used a hand grinder with a cutoff wheel and a flap disc to make clearance for the awning brackets. The front fairing made it more challenging because it was a close fit to have it back far enough to touch the front. Overall I love it so far!!!

Fits great and looks trick

I purchased the LowPro roof rack from Flatline Van Co..in anticipation of installing an array of solar panels onto the rooftop of my Sprinter. The installation regardless of having to ultimately install it by my lonesome couldn't have gone smoother. I'm easily fitting 400 watts (four panels) but if not for my overly large AC could see fitting 600 Watts or six panels on top of the rooftop of a Sprinter 170. Infinite adjustability of the cross bars and the availability of more make it perfect for whatever you may wish to fit up top. Couldn't be happier and thought it fairly priced compared to alot of the others out there

Amazing roof rack , very slim and lowkey but still a beast of a rack to hold all that gear you dont want crowding the van ! Couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out, paired with a side latter is dreammy
