Great Reference

Great reference, not perfect but what is. Good enough for five stars. The manual is written specifically referencing Samson lines however, the identification section is thorough enough you can figure out line type and reference the needed splice from that. Doesn't show specialty work such as creating soft shackles, integrating dog bones or low friction rings, but does a good job packing alot of information into a very short reference volume for basic marriage splices, eye splices, lock stitching, and limited specialty rigging such as whoopie slings.

Great Manual

The manual is made of and constructed in high quality. The layout is intuitive and it folds flat for easy use while following the instructions. The manual mimics those Samson splicing instructions found online. A great reference book and will last several lifetimes.
