We conducted substantial research before paying a kayak. While there are more expensive kayaks and less expensive kayaks, we made the right choice. Perception kayaks are the best and the value is tremendous. The new comfort seat on the 2020 model is a must have. Ordering online was easy and the delivery was schedule quickly. Perception Tribe 9.5 Kayak Purchase

My Perception Tribe 9.5 Kayak arrived quickly and was well packaged. The bow toggle handle was cracked when I received it but Appomattox River Company replaced it within 1 week. Customer service was exceptional. The color is slightly different than pictured but I still love it. I look forward to getting it into the water soon!

LOVE LOVE LOVE

These are as amazing as we had hoped. Handling and trailing is excellent. Seat straps are too far forward and rub after a long paddle (our first trip was 5.5 hours). And seat could use more cushion - otherwise excellent!! Another great Perception product! We have a set of 11.9 Tribes for our sailboat.
