Wonderful people to deal with, don't even hesitate!!

My experience with APC was wonderful. From amazing customer service to wrapping and shipping it was simple excellent. While the Kayak was slightly damaged in shipping, due to no fault of APC, I was prepared to deal with it thanks to a video they sent as part of my order confirmation. Attention to detail and to a customer like APC does it is hard to find these days, especially in an over he internet transaction. The shipping/wrapping guys even called to tell me my intended kayak was not actually in stock, let me change to one they did have. No cancelled order via email, an actual in person call. A sincere thank you for all you do. You made my summer!

Great advice and fast shipping!!

I called and got some great advice before placing my order. I was originally told that it would probably be a couple of weeks before I received the kayak, due to increased demand and delays in the shipping department. I was shocked when I received the kayak in less than 7 days! It had been packaged very well and arrived safe and sound. I would highly recommend!
