I had ordered a 19 place ribbon rack, it arrived in just 3 days at my home. Unfortunately it was the wrong style 19 place rack. I contacted Bradleys and advised them of the error, they understood and immediately shipped me the correct rack that again arrived in just 3 days. They were very understanding and wanted to make sure the item I wanted arrived safely and that this time is was correct. It was.
