Wonderful for picky 2 year olds!

I spent time making my daughter a tulle tutu for Halloween that of course she didn't want to wear! I ordered this as a backup and she loved it! She asks to wear it all the time. Great quality and great fit for her petite frame. It probably runs small but with elastic waist could fit several sizes. Shipping is quick.
