Great customer service

I receive a wrong size pair of fins. Cameron resolve the issue quickly and generously with the correct size and a bonus product.

Sizing issue

I was confused as to why my order for a pair of jammers did not fit as snuggly as past orders of size 34. It was noticeably loose. Customer service told me there was a new sizing chart. It would have been nice to send a notice of the new sizing chart to all who have been previous customers.
