I have used this product for over 10 years when I had lap and surgery. I make a cup of coffee and let it cool. I add 1 scoop of powder mix, then add a small amount of cinnamon creamer and ice. It is very good. Will not use another protein powder mix.

I love this stuff. I enjoy it as a substitute for my morning coffee. Then sip all morning to get in my protein.
