Stopped working after one use

I had high hopes for this steamer since I like Jon Renau’s wigs I decided to pay $90 for this steamer, which was a lot. It worked great the first time I used it. A month later I went to steam my JonnRenau wig and the steamer just sputtered and dripped water. I let it cool down, refilled it being careful not to overfill and tried again. This time it sputtered but steamed periodically. This is unacceptable and I do not recommend it.

I like the fact I can direct the stem exactly to the spot. I am glad I purchased this steamer.
