Children's Sterling Silver Mermaid Stud Earrings

Their really pretty earrings perfect for young girls but they are very flimsy and the back comes off very easily. I put them in for my daughters birthday and within 15minutes she returned saying her earring is lost because the back dropped off. Wouldnt buy again

Ordered little mermaid earrings for my daughter's birthday. States they are sterling silver. However she's had them in a couple of weeks getting them cleaned regularly as she only got her ears pierced in August. I've had to removed them this morning as the stem is black and round the mermaid it looks like the silver is lifting. I would say they are silver plated and not sterling silver.

Extremely cute girls earrings which my daughter loves as they remind her of Ariel! Lovely size and great colours and detail.
