The products are extremely good, and very good quality, but the delivery was not the greatest. Paid to have normal delivery, but both products arrived in scattered deliveries. The standard shipping wasnt really important on delivery time, but paying for shipping and not wait longer than expected, with the products not arriving at the same time was dissapointing. Its the fact of the matter of them not arriving together when you pay for the delivery, they should all arrive at one time and the same time. I wash my car all the time, and was dissapointed that I had to wait for the rest of the products I ordered to arrive. Its the fact of the shipping, qhen you pay for shipping services, you should receive everything at the same time

Not up to the rest of the product set

Goes on fine, and the smell is neutral. The materials clearly say it is not a matte finish - kudos to the lawyers who insisted you put that on the label. There is a shine to it, certainly. However, the finish is also very slick, almost slippery. Takes supple Lexus leather and makes it look and feel like cheap leatherette. Great for your used Camry, avoid for a newer luxury car.

Will not buy again. The creme conditioner was by far much better.
