Freshened up our lights
I bought a double strand of lights for my daughter's second birthday in 2018. We moved and they've been in storage for 2 years so some got a little smooshed, and also we wanted to switch up some colors a bit. LOVE that we can buy individual balls for these reasons! Anc they were half off! Shipped super fast. I live in Alaska so shipping can be a pain, extra money, extra time, or some companies won't ship here at all depending on the shipping service that companies use... this wasn't the case with Brightlab and its very much appreciated. The lights make her room feel like home again. They add a pop of color, fun and light to these long winter nights

Best Customer Service
I got my first order which was custom colors. Out of the 4, 3 were perfect. The 4th was a little off. Bright Lab was on it immediately when I let them know. I was so pleased not just with the product but with the individual customer service they gave. I’m a life long customer!
