I Received A Package Of Rotten Osha Root

I thought I would have gotten a fresh package of Osha root since it's so expensive but I was really disappointed when I realized I get a package of rotten Osha root, the roots broken up really easy and it appears to have wood like termites eating away the roots in the package.
