Amazing value for money. Great details and techniques... As one might expect from a gold medalists and high level MMA fighter. I train both judo and BJJ and this video is beneficial to both sports!

Good but the explanations of techniques could be better.

Good stuff, but nothing bad or negative about him, (He is an olympian medalist), I am just having a hard time trying to understand his broken English when he is explaining techniques. Maybe he should have spoken Japanese and have someone else translate it using sutbtitles or a voice over in English.
