Shamrock charm

Easy to make. Great design with the darts and overlaid front. Fits perfectly. The wavy collar was a bit of a challenge. I cut it out with a smooth edge, ironed the interfacing to the back and traced the design on to that, then stitched and cut it out. Will be using this pattern again for more variations.

Charm School Dress 14.5"

This pattern is such a good one, but kind of intricate. The collars can be hard to make and apply well. Having the small buttons and enough of them has to be planned for. I have made just one, but it turned out fairly well. I'm not sure if a lot of these dresses fit the older dolls, but this one fits sweet on a 14 inch Arranbee doll and what a nice change from the small amount of vintage patterns that has been available for so long!
