Birch Natural Mattress

Disappointed 😟

I really had high hopes for this mattress after having searched for one that was non-toxic with great reviews. Seemed like the perfect match & couldn’t wait to get it. However after having it a few months I’m less than impressed. You can see and feel the coils on the sides. The mattress sags where I have slept and I’m now trying to sleep further on the other side to even it out and I’m just rolling back into the sag. It isn’t comfortable either, doesn’t have any form to it, just kind of flat and stiff but not firm if that makes any sense. It almost feels like it’s an old mattress that needs to be replaced except it’s brand new 😭 the bed is for my son but I have been using it to test it out. I can’t wait to get back to mine 😬 I wanted a non toxic choice for him and it’ll be fine it, it just doesn’t compare to what I’m used to. This wasn’t cheap but feels like it is. I also can’t believe it won awards?! Very confused. Ugh

Absolutely love as side sleepers!

We are side sleepers and we love this mattress. We’ve had it about a month and loved it from the beginning. I added a topper since I had one but that might not be for everyone. Thank you Birch for making something comfy, healthy and affordable!

Birch bed and customer service

I love the mattress and it is very comfortable to sleep on. I am not happy, however with the customer service. The discount that showed while I was shopping did not apply when I actually checked out. I called and was told I would be given a credit and was given an additional code for one item I had forgot to order. The code did not work and the credit was never applied. I chatted while online and was given another code that did work, however I was never given the credit for the initial discount. That never applied.
