Soft and stayed fresh for a week.

As usual, Simmi-di and her team have met and exceeded our expectations. Each dish is, simply put, perfect. As others have commented here- the flavor is absolutely "home-cooked" and not at all like restaurant food. The sambar took me right to my memories of having fresh dosas in mumbai, my daughter gobbles up the rotis the moment they come in. This is so far the most enjoyable discovery of 2022! Only request is to maybe have fewer paneer items... and more vegs... alu gobi or alu chops... we're all looking forward to the next magic box!

Good roti, but a quick suggestion
The rotis are good, although I would prefer if they were freshly made. I believe the only way that is possible is if you had more locations that send out food. Another way could be that you could have a tie up with local Indian restaurants and see if they could provide the rotis for pick up. Just a thought. Also, can we have a combo option where we do not have to choose between roti and rice as two meals but have the quantity per meal shared between the two? This way we can enjoy both roti and rice in a week.
