I love everything about this protein powder aside from it being a little bit watery. But.. I switched for the clean ingredients! The health benefits of the natural caffeine, metabolism assistance and I’ve already gotten results in my first 2 weeks without exercise aside from the odd 15 minute walk... and I mean very poorly walking! I’m in isolation. I’ve lost 1.5 inches around my tummy (my trouble spot!) and just under 1kg in the first 2 weeks of switching to this protein powder and a consistent diet. 😊 absolutely love the flavour and it mixes perfectly every time just in the cyclone shaker!
