These work really well when ice is inserted into the appropriate slots. Huge enhancement to cooling and UV protection. Alternatively things like whiskey stones are great if you don't want to get wet. But it's really challenging to dial in fit. I spent a long time debating what size to get. Qore recommend sizing down if you're in between or at the bottom range of the size chart. Because the elastic stretches out overtime. I would recommend you heed their advice. I went with the large and found that it's unpleasantly tight around my upper biceps (12.5" to 13"), well-being sitaniously loose enough that the arms slide down the biceps when you start moving around. I may have gotten a better fit if I went with a medium. But at the same time, if I went with the M they would likely be so uncomfortable and restrictive that I would never wear them long enough to stretch out the elastic. I can barely stand the tightness of the L now. I may add alligator clips and shock cord going forward.
