Different puzzle that caught toddler's eye
Different puzzle type for 2-year old nephew. The board is cardboard so lightweight but no board necessary. He was drawn to the sea animals right away & it kept his attention. Not too easy. I think it's going to be a good, quiet toy to keep him busy.

Beautiful!
My two year old is yet to start getting a hang of doing stick puzzles, but these are beautifully made. I like the tray on which you assemble the pictures. The box comes with pictures of the sea animals, so the kids can look at what they need to make. I found this to be missing in some other makers. So far we have tried only two of the animals, hoping to see her progress soon.

that's not a shark
Interesting variation on the normal style of puzzles. My 2.5 yr old really likes it. However, there's an embarrassing error. The tail of the shark in the puzzle is actually that of a dolphin or whale. All fish, including sharks have a vertically oriented tail, i.e. the caudal fin. No good that an educational toy messes that up.
